On Friday, February 7th at 8:00pm, the acclaimed Imani Winds will perform live on the main stage at Music Hall, presented by the Chamber Music Society of Detroit.
Recognized as one of North America’s leading wind quintets, Imani Winds is known for their bold programming, dynamic performances, and deep commitment to expanding the wind ensemble repertoire. Since their founding in 1997, the Grammy-nominated group has been pushing boundaries — blending classical traditions with African, Latin American, and jazz influences, while also premiering new works and performing original compositions by group members.
