Music Camp Near Grosse Pointe
If you’re looking for a music camp near Grosse Pointe, the Summer Music Camp at Grosse Pointe Music Academy is an exciting opportunity for young musicians to grow, perform, and have fun. Our camp is designed for students ages 8–17 and welcomes all experience levels—from beginners to seasoned performers.
Held at our Grosse Pointe Woods location, this weeklong program is more than just lessons—it’s a full music experience. Students spend each day learning guitar, bass, drums, piano, and voice in a fun, group-based setting. They also dive into music theory, songwriting, improvisation, and performance skills. Best of all, they get to play together in a real band.
The camp runs for three sessions in Summer 2025:
Each day runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., providing five hours of structured musical learning and creative collaboration. Whether your child already takes private lessons or is brand new to music, this camp offers a great way to build confidence, make new friends, and grow musically in a fun and supportive environment.
Our instructors are experienced musicians who create an engaging space where students are encouraged to try new things and enjoy the process of learning music. Campers are grouped by age and skill to ensure everyone feels comfortable and challenged.
